Fatboy needed a digital partner to realise their e-commerce vision after their previous agency left the B2C webshop underperforming and the B2B platform incomplete, limiting online sales and wholesale operations.
We brought Fatboy’s comfort-first philosophy online, building smooth, scalable platforms that make shopping feel as effortless as lounging. Following a comprehensive B2C audit, we reshaped the customer experience with an intuitive product journey and conversion-driven design. On the B2B site, we launched a robust solution with custom dashboards, role-based access, and simplified order management. By integrating several external systems, we strengthened their digital infrastructure and delivered a single, 360° view of customers.
