As Simon Lévelt scaled, it required a digital ecosystem that matched its pace, delivering seamless, personalised experiences across all channels. The existing eCommerce platform lacked scalability and flexibility. While fragmented product enrichment across ASPOS, JDE, and Shopware hindered a unified view of customers and product data. Meanwhile, the customer engagement tool constrained targeted marketing and loyalty management.
To realise their vision, we implemented an omnichannel solution built on SFCC, ORP PCM, and Voyado. SFCC provided a robust eCommerce platform with advanced personalisation, fully integrated with ORP PCM to enrich products from a single source and deliver them across multiple channels. Voyado centralised customer data to enable personalised marketing, automated journeys, and loyalty programme management.
