As Robey grew across both direct-to-consumer and club-driven sales, its commerce platform needed to keep pace with a growing and increasingly complex model. The goal was to migrate from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Shopify while maintaining technical flexibility, integrating core operational systems, and centralising the management of clubs and retail partners; all without slowing the team down.
Wolfpack Agency led a full replatforming to Shopify, built around a new brand store that balances Robey’s community-first heritage with modern ecommerce expectations. Beyond the core platform, we developed a custom Clubshops solution, enabling rapid launches for new football club stores. Each clubshop supports customised kits and collections, while remaining fully in sync with Robey’s central operations.
To support Robey’s multi-party commerce model, we delivered a custom payment settlement solution to manage automated, scalable payouts for clubs and retailers.
This project created a digital ecosystem that can perform at every level; scaling with Robey’s ambitions while simplifying complex workflows behind the scenes. Faster clubshop launches, centralised control with local flexibility, and seamless system integrations now position Robey for international expansion. Most importantly, the platform frees the team to focus on what matters most: creating iconic football apparel for every level of the game.
