stichd manages a diverse portfolio of brands, including Fuel For Fans, Manchester City, McLaren F1 Team, Aston Martin F1 Team, Premier League, and BMW lifestyle. To support this expanding portfolio, they required a flexible, scalable digital ecosystem capable of meeting omnichannel needs across both B2C and B2B channels–and it had to be delivered quickly, with a live launch ahead of the new F1 season.
The B2C solution integrates SFCC with Orisha ORP, including Order, Product, and Channel Management, to centrally manage all inventory and catalogs within SFCC ensuring consistency and reducing errors and manual work across all brands. Salesforce Page Designer was implemented, allowing stichd to easily create content pages using drag-and-drop functionality. Additionally, Voyado was integrated for Fuel for Fans, centralising customer data to power personalised marketing, automated journeys, and loyalty program management.
For B2B operations, a unified platform on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and Orisha ORP, integrated with SAP, powers four storefronts; Stichd, SSM, Shell, and ExxonMobil. The platform centralises product data, inventory, pricing, and orders to optimise operations and deliver a consistent experience.
